The CC type belt conveyor is equipment for transportation of loosed materials.
Structure of conveyor is made from modules, which can be easily connected up to the length required by a client. Frame is made from steel rolled profiles UPE 120. Roller benches, discharge tasbles, lower rollers and eventually other supplementary equipment as scale benches etc. are fixed on the frame profiles. The conveyor belt drive is made by insertable bevel gear electrical gear box. Rubber or other belt depending on the trasported material is glued for the infinity length. Two- or three rollers upper station is equipped by rollers f 89 mm according to the width of a belt. Side rollers are tilled by 30° or 20° according their placement.
Charging spots located as per information from a customer equipped by sliding benches of highmolecular plastics.
A conveyor is furter equipped by lower rollers of disc shape with sealing on sides protecting against penetration of dust in the area of bearings. Front or eventually low belt hardox wipers considering type of transported material, inner arrow shape belt wiper, emergency stop by both sides rope switches in accordance to EN 418, by guiding rollers preventing sliping of belts in sides and by run sensor on the part without drive.
There is rubber blind against penetration of dust into the surrounding area hanged on the driving station cover closely before discharge place. Conveor can be coverred within the full lenght. Covers are removable.
