This equipment is aimed for transport of pipes or products of roll profile of the length starting at one meter. It can be for example part of line for production of pre-insulated piping or spiro piping.
Conveyor frame is made from a narrow wall profiles U 210 on which the rubber rollers in bearings are mounted. The conveyor can be equipped by stoppers preventing fall of pipe from the roller conveyor. Rubber rollers of “V” profile are driven by electromotors. Each drive powers set of eight or nine rubber rollers. Rubber rollers are connected by the chain through a sprocket.
Conveyor can be equipped by stoppers for fixing of pipe in the specific position to allow work on the pipe. The stopper is a shifting mechanism with a lever, which is shifting out or shifting in a steel stopper. Stopper is fixed in the reqired possition by manual screw which is placed on the control lever. Optionally, there can be stopper controlled automatically by an electric drive.
There is a run sensor placed on the driven shaft which is monitoring run of the conveyor. The rope type emergency stop is alongside of the conveyor and serves for emergency stop in the case of accident, danger or failure.
Conveyor is controlled from the control pannel.
Conveyor is designed as reversal.
