BUCKET ELEVATOR BW 250 – BW 800

The bucketr elevator is equipment serving for the vertical transport of loose and non-sticking material.

The structure of the bucket elevator consists from the base foot section, reversing drum with sensor of run and a hopper, from double chamber shafts built up each other vertically. One has big assembly access pit, drive section with drive drum driven by the electrical gear box. Drive section serves at the same time as discharging hopper and tensioning station of the transpoort belt. The structure of the bucket elevator is designed as self bearing. Ancoring of the foot section is made by chemical dowel into the floor. Double chamber shafts can be ancored to the building or surrounding structures by steel ancors for better stability.

Material is loaded into buckets in the low part. Buckets are screwed on the rubber belt jointed on the infinity length. Materials are discharged and proceed further once buckets come over drive drum. Buckets are made from steel and welded by hardox on the loading edge. Belt can be made from specific material, for instance oil-resistant, for higher temperatures, for highly abrasive materials, etc. The run direction is one way. Electrical gear box is equipped by the backstop against backrun of the belt with loaded buckets. The run of the transport belt is sensed from the shaft of the reversing drum.

Standard surface treatment is made by base and cover paints. Connecting material and small metallic elements are treated by zinc. Colour shade RAL shall be indicated by a customer.
