COLLECTING CONVEYOR WITH RAKE OUT REDLER
KDD 650 – KDD 1000

The collecting conveyor type KDD is design for transport of extremally dusting material in the productions requireing protection of surrounding from contamination by dust. Conveyor has more charging places and thus can be used for transport of more components to a mixing system. Conveyor consists from two parts mutually connected.

There is rake out chain redler placed at the lower side. Rakes are fixed to the chain driven by paar of sprockets on both ends of the conveyor. Drive of sprockets is assured by insertable bevel gearbox. There are high-molecular plastics on the bottom of the reddler ressisting from wear off by pulled rakes.

The returning branch of chain is supported by smooth rollers covered by rubber. This rakeing part serves time from time for cleaning the the collecting conveyor from accumulated dust. Rakes are rakeing dust directly into the conveyor dischage and mix it with transported material from the opper part.

The conveyor upper part is a belt conveyor transporting material. The main bearing element of the conveyor is profile U 120 on which stations, other conveyor equipment, upper cover and lower cover of the rakeing reddler is fixed. The conveyor belt is glued in the infinity length. The drive is assured by insertable bevel gearbox with the drived drum. Roller stations containes three rollers. Returning branch of the belt is supported by disc shape rollers. The whole structure inclusive reddler is hermetically closed inside rigit skeleton, so dust from charging of material cannot contaminate surroundings. There is side guiding along the entire length of the conveyor preventing mass overfall of transported matterial in the lower – rakeing out part. The charging spots are furthermore equipped by flanges for eventual mounting of a flexible packing for charging from vibration loaders.

If, for extrem materials required, the conveyor can be produced from stainless steel and all the parts can be adjusted to resist to acid or alcaline envioronment.
