A drilling machine of rubber tiles serves for drilling of holes in rubber tiles. Pins connecting tiles are than inserted in drilled holes. Tiles are produced from recicled car tyres and are used as a surface for stadions, production shops, outside areas and many other purposes.
The drilling machine consists from a frame, bearing the drilling kit. The drive of drilling heads is made always by one common electromotor from every side and gears are driving all four drilling heads on each side. Pushing of tiles and shifting of drilling heads is managed by pneumatic cylinders.
