It is neccessary, before start of the building execution; beside impute documents, documentation of the planning and bulding permission as well to assure documentation for the building execution. Such documentation results to the level defining particular requirements for quality as well as for the demanded properties of a building.
Detailed technology, design and technical specification of the building is made during this stage of projecting. This is specifying particular layout of technology equipment, placement of infrastructure and detailed interfaces among all the technology units.
It further specifies elements and materials to be used during the building execution and also graphic and numeric indications in particular scale. This all is made when taking in account technical and technology capabilities of the building suppliers. Execution drawings can be modified during the building stage in the case of need.
